Hi Martin, I think I have found something that may be a flaw, or at least confusing. I was trying to export just a control template to a DXF file, but found when I selected the option in the ‘Export-a-file-menu’, when I got to the ‘Export-DXF-menu’, the only options I had was either. All background templates Or Group templates only With no mention or way of selecting, at this stage, the control template. See attached menu images below. All the best, Brian Nicholls. 1853_031150_120000000.png 1853_031151_310000000.png |

Hi Brian, Thanks for reporting that. It is not possible to export the control template as DXF -- you must do store & background first (INSERT key). As you can see from the copyright date on the DXF dialog, the DXF export hasn't changed in 12 years. I linked it as-is into the new export dialog for the sake of completeness without giving it much thought. Sorry about that. I will add a note to the control template option button. Thanks again, Martin. |

Hi Brian, Selecting the control template option now greys out the DXF button: 2_031542_570000000.png In the next program update. Thanks again, Martin. |

Hi Martin, Many thanks for that, it should clarify the situation nicely. However, it is I that should thank you for the superb program, which appears to get better and better. All the best, Brian Nicholls. |
