How much does that kit cost? With all the special plastic moulds and cast rail parts - not cheap, I bet.  But it does make up into an excellent looking turnout, and not a gauge in sight. Jim. |

Very interesting! But I am not so sure about using a double edge razor blade with just a bit of masking tape for protection!! Cheers, Howard |

Or just use a craft knife with a scalpel type blade. Jim. |

I 've had a look around the website to see what plain track might cost but Fox Lingo gives me some peculiar translations and I'm not quite sure what I'm looking at.  I bet you're glad you haven't had to write Templot in German - your drop-down menus would have to be twice as wide. . Jim. |

It does irritate me when the masses moan about the cost of UK models - they've obviously not looked at European prices! We get some really quite stunning locos, for instance, for maybe £130 and people complain because they can't afford them, as if they expect some sort of right to be able to buy them! Looking at this thread, the German kit makes Exactoscale look like a bargain! Me - I'll stick with Masokits when I get back into track building |
