----- from Rob Wilson ----- Hello, This may be my first post in here. Is there a way I can draw an outline of my baseboard so that I know where I can lay track? Thanks, Rob. |

Rob Wilson wrote: Is there a way I can draw an outline of my baseboard so that I know where I can lay track?Hi Rob, Baseboard outlines are created using the Background Shapes functions. Click the control > background shapes menu item. Most baseboards are created using the Rectangle function. You can click two opposite corners of the rectangle on the workpad (then click the add clicked shape button), or you can enter the actual rectangle dimensions (enter dimensions... button). You can add dotted lines to represent the board joints, like this: board_joints.png There is a lot more information about using the Background Shapes functions at: http://www.templot.com/martweb/gs_bgshape.htm regards, Martin. |
