Hi all,
Just completed the trackwork on my main two boards and done some basic painting on one of them; took a pic to see how it looked so here it is. Needless to say, I wouldn't have attempted trackwork like this without Templot.

Hi Simon

Thanks for the compliment. It's actually 3mm finescale. The sleepers/timbers are cut from Evergreen strip (which is why the ones on the far board are white), the plastic chairs are from Ian Osborne, the rail is Code 60 bullhead from the 3mm Society, and the gauges used are from Finney & Smith. I used Humbrol acrylic paints to blend my own shades for the track, which happened to be very close to what the P4 Track Co. components are produced in, which may help to give it the P4 look! By the way, I believe that the P4 Track Co. are working on some components for the 3mm Society, which will of course make possible even more of a P4 look.

cheers
Nigel
