Hi all, 150 years ago, the Bavarian tracks had a length of 9 meters. At the joint of tracks the track ended with a timber on each end. Through this, two timbers layed directly aside at the joint. My desire would be to have an automatic solution for this configuration. Can somebody help? George |

Can somebody help?Hi George, Create a custom plain track setting and make the first spacing from the rail end equal to half of the sleeper width. Then you need to calculate all the spacings within the 9 metre rail length so that the final spacing to the rail end is also equal to half of a sleeper width. Instructions for creating custom plain track settings are in this guide: http://www.templot.com/martweb/pdf_files/gwr_track_panels.pdf When Templot asks for data in prototype inches, you can prefix it with a letter m to enter the data in prototype mm instead (mm, not metres). For example m2500 enters 2.5 metres when asking for inches. Write again if you need more help with this. regards, Martin. |
