Hello everyone, This is probably the wrong place to ask this question but I will ask it anyway. My 7mm layout has a single line branch which would have been operated on a staff system. In the middle of the single line is an industrial siding. The siding is accessed via a ground frame operating the switches in what looks like a trailing crossover between the branch and the siding. (Actually by a pair of tortoises but it looks like the ground frame might operate the switches.) I know that the single line staff was used to unlock the ground frame and could not be removed until the switches were set back to the branch line. My question is: what did the locking device look like? I would like to model it. Glen |
