Hi Steve,

Here is your curved 1:8 slip crossover on 28700mm outer radius. :)

I have done it in GOG-F 32mm as requested but you would get much better running, especially through the K-crossings, if you changed to 0-MF 31.5mm gauge. Excellent roller gauges are available from Debs of this parish.

If you decide to change, do not use this template, ask me to create one for 0-MF. Diamonds and slips must be built on a template accurate to the gauge being used, because it changes the distance between the V-crossings.

The PDF file attached below is for home printing on 5 sheets of A4 paper. Make sure you change to "no scaling, 100%" in your PDF reader program. You can check the accuracy by measuring the 150mm grid squares.

Trim the pages to the red lines to fit them together. For best results use paper thicker than ordinary office paper. 160gsm paper is good.

Next I will post a single page version for printing at a digital copyshop. Make sure to tell them to use the "no scaling, 100%" setting. Tell them about 3 times to make sure.  :)

Do not attempt to print this image file -- use the PDF files attached.

Hi Steve,

Here is a single page version of the PDF file. Unless you have a printer which can print pages over 4ft long you will need to take it to a digital copyshop.

Make sure to tell them to use the "no scaling, 100%" setting. Tell them about 3 times to make sure.  :)

regards,

Martin.
