I agree with you Igor, it's nice to have a CNC milling machine!
I have the point building tools from Fast Track here, but of course not for all angles. As filing the profiles by hand is not so nice, something else had to be found. I also have a small circular saw to which you can attach a sanding disc. Now I milled my form for sanding the profiles out of leftover pieces of aluminium. For this, a groove was milled in the angle of the frogs, or the angle for the crossover. The remnants should have quite an angle so that they can be placed against the fence of the circular saw.
