We're definitely getting there! The screenshot you have is one I'd forgotten about. Hopefully if you click where it says 'Change my app recommendation settings' you'll see something like the screenshot below:-

In the top box where mine is set to 'Anywhere', yours probably says 'The Microsoft Store only'. Change that to 'Anywhere'. This is global setting and as the name suggests it means Windows will allow you to install anything you like*
When you change that setting, try running the Templot .exe file again. You may then see the blue screenshot that Martin posted above - work your way through that and you should have Templot up and running. The good news is that once you have Templot installed, you never have to go through this again as any updates can be done from within Templot.
